The InfoCom World 2025<\/span><\/a> took place again this year at the Divani Caravel on November 26, and Papaki was there for the second year as a Sponsor<\/strong> of the event, while also winning an important award. <\/span><\/p>\n

The main theme of the conference, “AI-VOLUTION \u2013 A brave new world<\/strong>“, reflected the changes brought about by Artificial Intelligence and how it is already affecting the daily operations of businesses, regardless of their size.<\/p>\n

The highlights for businesses at InfoCom World 2025 <\/strong><\/h3>\n

“AI-Volution” is now a reality and, as highlighted in the conference speeches, the “challenge” lies in the synergy of all development stakeholders<\/strong> to act as an “accelerator<\/strong>” for businesses. The aim is to invest in their digital transformation and to take advantage of the technological momentum as a unique opportunity for growth<\/strong> in the new era.<\/p>\n

Let’s now look at five conclusions we have identified that are worth remembering.<\/p>\n

1. AI is valuable only when it solves real problems<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

Artificial intelligence delivers value when it reduces costs, saves time, or simplifies processes. Before adopting ai solutions, businesses need clear objectives<\/strong> and must ensure that these solutions meaningfully<\/strong> improve their daily operations. A key prerequisite is the availability of digitized data<\/strong>, such as customer information, communications, sales, and records.<\/p>\n

2. Investing in people and culture is key<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n

AI acts as a support tool<\/strong> rather than a replacement for the human factor. Critical thinking and decision-making remain human skills.<\/p>\n

At the conference, it became clear that there is no need for complex tools or large investments from the outset. By experimenting with ready-made, easy-to-use tools and automation solutions, businesses can achieve immediate results and evolve gradually<\/strong>, based on their actual needs.<\/p>\n

4. Final control and responsibility remain to humans<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/h4>\n
