In particular, the Data Analyst & Growth Hacker will help our teams at Papaki to make more "Happy People Online", by driving deeper understanding and further growth of our services.
Responsibilities:
- Providing outstanding data-driven intelligence to help growth across all levels of the organization.
- Drive fundamental opportunities for growth and be able to use data to tell a story with insights and recommendations for new customers and reduce customer churn.
- Analyze, provide analytics and visualize lots of different data streams to seek out trends, business intelligence, and any other key insights that will help the business grow by supporting ongoing marketing personalization.
- Support Papaki teams by using data mining techniques, AB Testing and optimization initiatives to help define KPIs and OKRs.
- Help create reports from data pulls or lists for various departments across organization: customer service, development, marketing, and sales.
- Be able to perform data analysis, identify actionable insights and suggest recommendations that will influence our business strategy.
- Utilizing analytics tools and tracking solutions such as Google Analytics and Web Trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any of the following: computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, business
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in business intelligence, data analysis and Google Analytics
- Able to translate business objectives into AB testing concepts, and test results into product recommendations.
- Solid understanding of statistics and market mix modeling, and experience with web and products analytics
- Strong analytic skills and familiarity with analytical techniques including trend analysis, forecasting, modeling etc
- Ability to work autonomously and make critical decisions independently
- Comfortable with "hands on" involvement with data retrieval, manipulation, analysis and insight generation
- Life-long learner and always looking for ways to expand individual toolbox with new interests, additional training on analytics tools, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills including the use of meaningful charts, dashboards and data visualizations, plus the ability to present and translate test results to internal and executive teams.
