We strongly believe in each one’s uniqueness. We all have characteristics that differentiate us, but in the same time, make us integral parts of our team. Besides, two of our main motivating forces in Papaki, are the the team spirit and the family feeling we have created within our working space.

  • The vision

  • Workplace

Some call it “office”, some others “company”. However, a workplace is more than a building. For us, workplace means: a beautiful space, cosy offices and comfortable chairs, proper equipment, fast net and computers, macbooks for those who travel often, super equipped kitchen to eat together, table tennis and a cross-trainer!

  • Work-life balance

“A true balance between work and life comes with knowing that your life activities are integrated, not separated” - M.T.Sunnarborg. Since our job is part of our life, in Papaki we try to enjoy small, everyday pleasures: 30’ break, fresh fruit and plenty of coffee. Things that make us happy and allow us to go back home with a smile!

  • Activities

We love spending time in nature. We also enjoy the feeling of adrenaline. That is why we organise trekking trips and paintball games. However, every summer we wait with impatience one specific event: Papaki’s beloved Beach Party in one of the close-by beaches of the city! Wellbeing is also very important for us; such as massage sessions and good food. All the above, become even more fun when they are offered by Papaki, so we can enjoy them all together!

  • Great Place to Work

We participated in "Best Workplaces 2016", a survey ran by the international Great Place to Work Institute, and we got distinguished as one of the companies with the best workplace in Greece. We believe that when someone is happy in his work, not only does he perform better but he is also happier in his everyday life!

We are based in a mythical place!

Our location is full of history and wonders! The city of Heraklion is the capital of the amazing island of Crete.
A great Mediterranean place to live -a balanced lifestyle with a great cuisine and mild climate. While we have customers
in 105 countries around the world, we choose to keep our headquarters here. Because we can!

Do you know Papaki’s story?
