If I have trademarks for all my company’s products, and therefore they are protected, can they be registered as domain names by others?

Each user registering a domain name acknowledges that his domain name registration must not invoke third-party rights and privileges, in order to be approved.

Although this statement does not certify your privileges in case a third-party domain name registration invokes your trademark, a cancelation may occur by EETT, Greek court services or another arbitration process if that user has no rights to the registered domain. Please have in mind that in the domain names world, registrations are approved on a "First-Come First Served” basis.
