What is “valid use” of a hosting plan that it purchased through the Affiliate program?

The valid use of a hosting plan makes sure that the end customer has actually done a number of actions that indicate that the plan is being used. The check that our affiliate department does includes e.g. if the user has uploaded content, whether the hosting plan is linked to a domain, etc. These actions can help us understand if the customer is likely to renew the hosting plan.
