Papaki acknowledges the importance of personal data protection, as well as the security of online transactions and has taken all necessary precautions with the implementation of the latest security methods in order to protect your data. All the information you provide is secure and confidential.

In order to secure your personal data, Papaki uses SSL technology (Secure Sockets Layer). SSL is considered to be the most reliable medium for safe transactions through the internet on a worldwide basis. With the use of an SSL certificate, all information you provide in our site is encrypted before it goes online and then the authenticity of the message and the server is checked.

Papaki also has a digital certificate of security provided by Sectigo, an world wide recognized provider on transactions security and data transmissions.

We use two factors to identify you: your Username and your Password - using them you gain access to your personal information at Papaki. You can modify your password whenever you want. You are the only one that has access to this information, therefore make sure that these credentials are not given to third parties. In case you lose this information, you must immediately contact Enartia S.A., owner of Papaki, otherwise we will not be held responsible in case of any misuse. Papaki does not hand out in any way the personal information you have shared with us. Your personal information is solely used by us in order to complete your transactions. All the information is encrypted and secure.

Secure Transmission of Personal Information

Due to the privacy policy followed by our company, we use the encryption protocol SSL-128bit. The system has been certified by Sectigo, which specializes in secure transactions.

Automatic Logout

In case there is an inactive session for 20 minutes, the user is automatically logged out.

Monitored Access (firewall)

All access in Papaki systems are monitored by a firewall which allows only certain services to be used by our customers/visitors, preventing them from having access to databases and restricted areas.


During your online session, all the information, along with your personal data, is encrypted. Encryption is basically a way of coding the information until it reaches its destination, where it is decrypted with the use of a key. Each time you enter the eshop, all the information shared between your computer and Papaki is encrypted.

Username & Password

In order access your account, you must use your username and password. For security reasons, we suggest that you occasionally change your password.

Privacy of Transactions

The use of privacy policy is considered to be obvious. The same basic principles used in everyday transactions are also used in e-commerce. All the information that is transferred between the customer/subscriber and Enartia S.A., owner of Papaki are confidential and Papaki has taken all the necessary measures so that they are used in the manner they should be. 2. Papaki does not reveal its customers' information and their transactions unless there is a written request from you or it is requested by a court order.

3. In case Papaki uses third parties for hardware or software support it makes sure that your information remains private.

4. You can request the modifications of any information as long as you can prove that there has been a mistake.

5. For your own protection, you will have to make sure that all the information you have is not shared with third party members and that they remain confidential.
