Our team attended the Get Hired Live event held in Heraklion, Crete, on 25 and 26 February. The program aimed to bring young people aged 18-35 who live in Crete in contact with catering undertakings and tech businesses to provide them with all the necessary tools and meaningful job opportunities. So, we couldn’t miss it! We support programs that provide job opportunities, especially to young people.

We had a dynamic presence as silver sponsors at WordCamp Athens 2022 that came back live this year at Megaro the Athens Concert Hall on April 9-10. We had prepared an impressive booth, offered beautiful swags to attendants, and discussed with many WordPress lovers. We also traveled to Porto in June to attend the first WordCamp Europe after the pandemic outbreak.

During 2022, we supported 19 non-profit organizations, institutions, and teams by providing them with domain and hosting as part of our sponsorship program. In March, we were even awarded as a sponsor of the Byron Forest and Natural Environment Protection Center in a ceremony attended by all the volunteer forest firefighters of the Municipality.

On 18/6 we met each other again, all the Papaki team together. After 2 years of distance, due to the pandemic, we traveled to Heraklion in Crete for our yearly event. We attended speeches, played, had fun, and spent quality time together.

Papaki participated for the 6th year in a row in National Customer Service Week (3-8/10). We prepared a festive atmosphere for our people in the Customer Experience department and all of you who trust or want to grow your digital presence at Papaki.

During 2022, we proceeded with 11 new hires in HR, Customer Experience, Product & Technology departments. All of our team members enjoyed 2 extra days off, attended training programs for a total of 4.222,5 hours, benefited from the new Ticket Restaurant program, while they had access to a private insurance plan with plenty of benefits.
