An email box is a storage space for electronic messages, where a user's emails are received,
stored, and organized. It includes folders such as Inbox and Sent, allowing for efficient
message management through email clients or web‑based email services.
An email alias is an alternative email address that forwards messages to a primary email box
without requiring a separate account. It’s commonly used to protect the main address from
spam and to better organize incoming messages. For example, if your primary email is
gp@todomainsou.gr, an alias could be support@todomainsou.gr or sales@todomainsou.gr.
Your email boxes will be activated immediately after you create them.
On this page, you can find detailed information and instructions on how to use Papaki Webmail.
Our system may block content that is or appears to be spam. In this case, please contact us through your Control Panel. Send us the subject of the email that was rejected and provide details about the message you attempted to send. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Most email solution providers do not offer free client-based sending. For example, they don’t allow you to send emails from programs like Outlook or Thunderbird. At Papaki, with a customer-first approach, we offer this feature to make things even more convenient for you.
